I am so excited to share this recipe with you! My sister-in-law, Hailei has shared it with me. Our family loves crossfit! Paleo and crossfit go hand-in-hand, so here is a good recipe for those of you trying to do your crossfit and eat Paleo. It’s healthy and delicious. Enjoy!
Paleo Chicken and Cabbage Stir-fry

An amazing recipe for those of you crossfit people out there!
Ingredients
- ∙ 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ∙ 1 lb. Bacon
- ∙ 12 oz. White Cabbage
- ∙ 12 oz. Red Cabbage
- ∙ 5 tbsp Walnut Oil
- ∙ 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- ∙ 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ∙ 3 1/2 oz. Walnut Halves (or whatever your favorite nut is)
- ∙ 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ∙ 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
- ∙ Salt & Pepper to taste
*Optional Ingredients
- ∙ 8 Scallions
Instructions
- 1. Bake/Grill/Boil Chicken until cooked all the way through. Cube or slice into strips. Set to the side.
- 2. Cook Bacon. Chop. Set to the side.
- 3. Shred the White and Red Cabbage thinly. Set to the side.
- 4. Heat Walnut Oil in preheated large wok or large heavy bottomed skillet.
- Add Cabbage and Garlic (*Scallions). Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add Chicken, Bacon, Lemon Juice, Nuts, and Dijon Mustard. Season
- to taste with Salt & Pepper. Cook for a further 5 minutes, until Cabbage is tender.
- 6. Transfer stir-fry to a warm serving bowl, sprinkle with Poppy Seeds.
- Serve immediately. Be healthy and chow down!
