These burritos were inspired by our favorite Mexican restaurant in our hometown. My husband loves them!
Knock-off Yucatan Grande Burrito

Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Mexican rice, cooked
- 1- 16 oz. can re-fried beans, heated through
- 1- 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 6 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- 1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Rub into meat. Fry steaks on skillet and cook to desired doneness. Remove from heat and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
- 2. Meanwhile, cook mexican rice according to package. Also, heat the re-fried beans until warm throughout. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 3. Lay out tortillas and layer: beans, rice and steak. Place about 1 tablespoon of cheese on top. Roll up tortilla as desired. Place the burritos in 9X13 in. pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top until the burritos are covered.
- 4. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Plate and enjoy!! =)
