Ingredients
- 2 chicken patties (tyson or other brand)
- 2 cups Lettuce (your favorite mix or variety)
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 pita pockets (I use Brownberry Pocket Thins, healthy multi-grain 100 calorie)
Dressing
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1.4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the chicken patties according to directions.
- 2. Meanwhile, whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. After combined, gradually add the olive oil until smooth and combined. Set aside.
- 3. Stuff pita pockets with lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Add some dressing on top. Then with the room that is left, add the chicken. Add a little more dressing on top.
