Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 8 oz almond or coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein or 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder (if already ate protein limit for day)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
